Terms of service

The service

Nightpost lets you upload video clips and schedule their publication to social platforms through those platforms' official APIs. It is in early access. Features may change, and we may limit usage per plan as described on the pricing page.

Your account and content

• You must be 18 or older and the owner of, or authorised to post to, every account you connect.
• You keep all rights to the clips and captions you upload. You grant us the permission needed to store them and publish them where and when you schedule.
• You are responsible for your content, including music rights, and for following each platform's terms: TikTok, Meta, YouTube.
• Keep your sign-in and API keys private. Keys created for the MCP server act with the permissions you give them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nightpost to post spam, misleading or illegal content, to evade a platform's limits or bans, to post to accounts you do not control, or to probe or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Platforms and availability

Publishing depends on third-party APIs we do not control. A platform may reject, delay, remove or restrict a post, change its limits, or revoke access. Nightpost retries failures it can retry and reports the rest; it does not guarantee that a post goes live at the exact scheduled time.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel in Settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices shown as draft are not yet in effect.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may end the service or your access with notice, except where your use breaks these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost content on third-party platforms, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes go to the courts of Oita, Japan.
